DESCRIPTION
The HL3503 is a DC-DC based high precision high efficiency laser diode driver. The driver supports common anode configuration. The LD current can be programmed by an external resistor. The current level can be programmed from 50mA to 1000mA. Both boost and buck configurations are supported.
The HL3503 can be used in either linear APC mode or PWM APC mode. In PWM Mode, the PWM frequency can be programmed by an external capacitor. ACC operation is also supported.
The IC provides DFN package for operations, enabling compact solution.
